7-23-10 Quality of Life Health Services and the Boys and Girls Club of Northeast Alabama invite area children and youth to their 5th Annual H.O.P.E. Celebration. H.O.P.E. stands for Honor, Opportunity, Pride and Excellence. The fun day will feature health screenings, entertainment, motivational speakers, free school supplies, refreshments and more…even some fun water activities to help beat the heat. The event will be held tomorrow from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the new Florence Daugette Boys and Girls Club at 715 Raley Street in East Gadsden. Parents are encouraged to come with their children and enjoy the fun.
