Before using our services, users are asked to read this user agreement carefully and immediately subsist in using this website if they discover they can not abide by this agreement. Usage of tv24.tv is conditioned on individual agreement to abide by the website Privacy Policy and this User Agreement. Use of the information and services contained in this website is offered to all users for their private individual use subject to the following terms and conditions.
Products and Services
TV24.tv as a subsidiary of Alabama Heritage Communications, LLC and WJXS-TV24 offers services to their users in addition to their TV broadcasts to supplement their service to the WJXS viewer community. These products and services will include but not be limited to online news, weather and sports, sponsored email addresses, public forums, mail lists, product sales, etc. This user agreement applies to all products and services of tv24.tv, both those listed here and those that are not.
In exchange for the use of these products and services, users agree to comply with this User Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may be added to these website policies as the services and products offered expand or change. Accessing the website and its products and services, in any manner, constitutes use of this website and requires continued agreement to these website policies. As policies are revised they will be posted here. Continued use of these products and services after revised policies are posted implies acceptance of the revised policies, as posted.

TV24.tv WILL:

Under no circumstances will tv24.tv be liable for any loss or damage caused by reliance on information obtained through the Web site. Permission to Access Special Products and Services

· TV24.tv per this user agreement does not warrant the continuous use without failure of the tv24.tv website products and services and therefore is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use any of tv24.tv products, or services.
· OTHER THAN CONTACTING THE WEBMASTER WHEN PERCEIVED PROBLEMS OCCUR, THE ONLY OTHER REMEDY AVAILABLE TO USERS DISSATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, PRIVACY POLICY, OR USER AGREEMENT ON tv24.tv IS FOR THE SAID USER TO DISCONTINUE tv24.tv WEBSITE USE.
Conclusion
TV24.tv reserves the right to eliminate a website service or product at any time or to cancel a users right to all or part of any service, with or without cause. Users agree that they have and shall make no claim regarding any such decision and that TV24.tv shall have no obligations to the user arising from their decision. The user may also be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when using the products or services of a third party that are provided through the Service.
